Close calls. Each notch represents a ration of rum for the flight crew. More holes equals more grog. :encouragement:

Wow, Rami and Sarge Willy,

You'd think more designers and skinners would include them in their work, wouldn't you?! ;^)

Thanks, guys,
MR

Chris,
This is for Part II, the scenery and missions. :wavey:

I read it, Rami. That is danged impressive!

It appears to be your Magnum Opus!

I feel inspired!

I might just get a new computer, do a European install and have some fun!

Thanks for the preview!

MR

This year's vacation is now but a distant memory, so I've started working on it MR ... :p87:

Schoolboy error with the MkII repaints, I needed to remove the exhaust collector ring from the front of the engine cowl, as with the P & W engines it was hidden at the rear of the engine... :p87::banghead:

Never mind, they are all done & the dp tweaking for each version is done too, along with sharpening up the VC & making the 2D Panel WIN7+ "compliant" along the way :bee:. Onto the DAP Mk VIIIs now & into the home stretch...

More lovely work. Thanks John. I'll have to re-read "Song of the Beauforts", a history of 100 squadron RAAF.:applause:

Song of the Beauforts

Thanks John,
A well written account of 100 squadron operations. Some years back I had the good fortune to hear Colin King give a talk at the Australian War Memorial on joint Australian/US attacks on Rabaul, followed by a close inspection of the Memorial's Beaufort Mk.8.
