As a small thank you for the great help, encouragement and assistance found here, i have complied a set of splash screens of WWII subjects for CFS2 from some of the wonderful aviation art that is available on the subject. These are saved in the proper bmp format and sized and edited with the CFS2 overlay thanks to a great utility that is available for making screens for CFS2 from David Needham, thank you David.

These are images from all theatres of WWII from the Pacific to Europe, Russia, the Med and beyond and from both sides of the conflict, Allied and Axis. All are covered by their original copyrights and this is intended as an enhancement to our enjoyment of this great sim and for no other purpose. If you have one of the utilities that change your splash screen you can see these in rotating order, there are 52 images in honour of so many who gave to much to us all in duty, service and devotion so many years ago. thank you all and the best of the Holiday time and Christmas to all and happy new year to all hands as well.

It is my pleasure to find something i could do to contribute, you guys all do so much, making planes and mods and texture packs, and so much more.... from my visual work i have an eye for pictures and I love some of the art that has been done ..it really enhances the immersion and the feeling of experiencing what those guys all went thru in the WWII, amazing experiences ...and this is our chance to feel it.
