Messerschmitt Bf-109K: A few More Screenshots

Had an idle moment today, and so just thought I'd take a few more pictures of the Messerschmitt Bf-109K-4 during testing.

In case you're wondering, the inscription on the Revi gunsight is to remind pilots that the gunsight can be folded away. At the rate in which aircraft were being shot down in the last weeks of the war, and with often hastily trained pilots, it was probably a useful warning!

I'll do this in two posts, due to the four image per post limit. They should give you a good overall view of this particular aircraft. :)

Just superb, Mike! Detail like the scribed writing on the gunsight is just one of those small things that demonstrate just how complete and authentic the aircraft must be thanks to your attention to detail! I look forward to finally having a late-model 109 in FSX!

Looking great! How far in testing are you?
... In other words: can you say s**n? :jump:

Sorry, we're not in "soon" territory yet. :) Wozza is presently putting together the gauge package, which is pretty extensive, and when that's done everything has to be integrated into the aircraft and tested.

In the meantime I'm doing some textures and looking after any other details I can find. I'm also still trying to learn to fly this aircraft with precision, because this is most definately not your average sim aircraft.

I think we have enough, but thanks! There will be a paint kit with the aircraft, and so lots of room for many more liveries by the owners.
