After spending many hours going through these templates, I've come to a conclusion. They are the most, cut up, cluster farked mess I have ever seen or dealt with.

That's my opinion, and I'm sticking to it! :salute:

I'm not trying to come across as an A-Hole or a kill joy, but if the paint scheme is just orange with no stripes or flames or lettering, isn't the 4096 size textures a waste? I can see using larger sheets for paints with lots of details and stripes and insignia, but planes that are pretty basic in nature....like an all-over orange paint job....they could get by with smaller texture sheets...which would reduce the use of system resources.

Yep, you are correct. This was basically a photo of "what's to come" Meaning I was redoing all my FS9 paints that I did for the "Wicked Wilga" For a few of them I'll want the larger templates. I've been getting the bits & pieces mapped out, labeled and ready for when I dive into them. I got quite a few emails from originally releasing them in 2009.
