Microsoft net frame work 2

I need advice in picking a microsoft net framework for a fsx install I am installing. The install calls for net framework 2 and I see microsoft has a version up to net framework 4. I am using vista ultimate 64.

The packages are stand-alone addons, not cumulative. So if something says it needs v.2, that is what you install, if it calls for v3.5, that is what you install. It's not like v4 has everything from the past.

You should not need to install .net2, fsx works fine witsh win7 64, so i assume it comes with the package
