It makes no difference to me as I've never owned a gaming console, of any brand................ever! My PC has always been a better gaming choice as far as I am concerned.

Every curent M$ game is Xbox, even if you run them through Steam on a PC. MSFS 2020 and 2024 are Xbox.It makes no difference to me as I've never owned a gaming console, of any brand................ever! My PC has always been a better gaming choice as far as I am concerned.

This is about Xbox Game Studios (XGS) rather than the Xbox console. All Microsoft games are now developed by XGS. Over the years, XGS have bought out many other game developers around the world.
Due to the increased use of AI in programming and development, they're selling some of those studios off and dismissing thousands of staff at others.
The only Microsoft Games I currently have on my PC are FS9 which doesn't run because I just copied the files from my old drive on my old PC rather than installing it correctly and FSX:SE. That's it. My main flight sim now is P3D v4.5. All my other games/sims (via Steam mostly) are non-M$ software.
