Santa is dead and all you can think of is the offending aircraft's C.G....think of all those poor kids with no presents...child hater!!! LOL I wonder if Hollywood will make another "edge of the seat" Airport movie out of it???
 
Santa should have bought reindeer with red, green and blinking noses and this wouldn't have happened.
 
Perhaps the TCAS computer of Santa´s sledge wasn´t up to the job of giving proper aural/visual cues for him as he was probably travelling at hypersonic speeds in order to save time.

Travelling at high speeds also has the effect of relative speed of time slowing down, thus degrading the absorption rate of fat of his body, therefore helping him to move in chimneys. (Don´t think about that theory too much).
