MiG-21F13 released

Looks interesting.
I can't read Tchec, and Google Translate was not so at ease either. It seems to me that the plane has a virtual cockpit. Could you post any screenshot of it please ?

This thing looks incredible inside and out, but I can't figure out how to start it. The old trick of starting engines in another aircraft then changing to it doesn't work either.

If it's too illegible I'll make it again.

Also, you don't click on 12, just wait for the engine to start before pressing 13.

14 is the last #.

1. Press #1 so that the panel comes up.
2. Press #2 and #3.
3. Press all of the switches on the top row on the right side.
4. Press #5 and #6 (#6 is above the red circle).
5. Press #7 and #8 (Pressing one switch on each row will flip them all up).
6. Click on #9 so that it points up.
7. Click on #10 (just that one switch) so that it points down.
8. Click on #11 so that you can see the grey circle (That is the starter, pressing #11 the first time opens up the cap).
9. Press #11 so that the starter goes in.
10. Watch #12 and when the N1 and N2 rapidly go up and you hear the engine has started, Check JB Hi Fi Catalogue and Lenovo Catalogue.click on #13 (AKA #2), and then click #14 (Which is #1).
11. Fly away!

This is what it looks like all started up:

Wow the virtual cockpit in black looks really good !
It's cool to see that some people are making great efforts to build nice virtual cockpits for Russian birds, espcially a VC that works in FSX. It's very unusual, and very appreciated.
Thanks a lot to the authors of this plane: Ivan Jurčaga, Jan Moravec and Antonín Janečka :ernae: :ernae: :ernae:

Is it just me or do switches 7, 8 and 10 not want to move?

Make sure that five and six are flicked first.

Look in my second SS, make 5 and 6 look like that. (Also make sure the top row of switches on #4 are flicked up, and that the EXT power (#2) is on).

I got her to start up following Alexander's instructions - thanks for that! I need to figure out which switch tells the truck to go away.

It's a beautiful model for sure and the flight model seems pretty decent.

Unfortunately, on my system it also has the old port-over problem on the stuck afterburner. I'll have to dig up my notes on exorcising that bug...

#2 / #13 is the External Power (The truck).

The FM to me feels weird... the elevator just doesn't seem to work the way it should.

Oh, I see. I thought #2 was the second switch and #13 the third. I got it now. Thanks!

I noticed that I had to use elevator trim just to get off the ground. Once I got some altitude, things got better.

With the afterburners sticking any time I tried to apply much power, it burned up the fuel pretty fast. I couldn't make it back to base, had to put her down on a busy highway about 10 miles short. I don't think the comrades cared much. They didn't even stop to check if I was OK, just kept driving past.

Oh well, any one you walk from...

Great site! Thanks! I downloaded the Mig21, but something else caught my attention. I was looking at some of the screenshots, and saw these outstanding hangars. Any idea what scenery they are from, and if the hangars are available as scenery objects?

Thanks.

BUMP: any help with info on these hangars?
