MILVIZ 737 trouble

Hi, I'm experiencing an issue with the "now freeware" Milviz 737-200 in FSX-SE. Every time I load the aircraft, the left throttle lever is stuck at 100% (full forward) and I cannot move it back to idle. This happens in any startup condition (Cold & Dark or Engines Running). I am using only the keyboard (no external hardware/joystick). F1 or E+1+2 commands do not work. Any help?

Try loading the FSX-SE default flight first, make sure the throttle is idle, then select the 737 --

Surprisingly, the opposite worked; initiating the direct flight with the 737 loaded, as was the previous method using the default settings, did not work.
