• There seems to be an uptick in Political comments in recent months. Those of us who are long time members of the site know that Political and Religious content has been banned for years. Nothing has changed. Please leave all political and religious comments out of the forums.

If you recently joined the forums you were not presented with this restriction in the terms of service. This was due to a conversion error when we went from vBulletin to Xenforo. We have updated our terms of service to reflect these corrections.

Please note any post refering to a politician will be considered political even if it is intended to be humor. Our experience is these topics have a way of dividing the forums and causing deep resentment among members. It is a poison to the community. We appreciate compliance with the rules.

The Pilot looks perfect in this shot, so must be the how the shot is taken.

Sorry, but without meaning to be rude, tactless or undiplomatic, I am going to stop this right now:

1) the price is 34.99 and, if you buy it from our site, you can return it, no questions asked, within 30 days for a FULL refund.
2) the pilot is a relative 6 feet tall and is just fine where he is. Please remember, there are short and tall people in the world. (check real pics for size please)
3) he is wearing the correct colors and clothing for his day.
4) The plane, we believe, flies like a Sabre.
5) the left tail fin has 86 rivets and that is the correct number for the left tail fin.
6) it is our intention to arm this plane once (if) Tacpack for devs is ever released.
7) though I/we expect the comparisons to be endless, no further comments will be made on those comparisons by any MV team member. So feel free to make them and to make your own comparisons... we will, again, not be making any comments.

Thanks for your attention.

wow....alrighty then......seems a bit drastic to me to put it this way on a forum that people are only trying to be constructive. May have to rethink this one now........customer service and critque are very important to me....and someone who takes themselves and their product this serious.......without being open to dicuss with members here may just loose money for being such.

Actually, we did discuss it. But it keeps coming back.

Critique is fine but what about when I show you that ours is right? Then you show me a pic of something else that is right as well. people are different sizes. How can I deal with that?

as an FYI, We have great customer service. We do listen. Our response time is less than 48 hours on all issues. (Usually far less). We fix nearly all of our bugs and we do it quickly.

How about this statement? We don't feel that comments comparing ours with the other product are valid or something we should be talking about.... Is that better?

In the end it's semantics. The idea is that you have a choice. But so do we. We think our payware version is worth the money. You can decide for yourself. Or not. But if you do, you can count on us being there to support you as our customer.

Oh and I do take this seriously. We spend a huge amount of effort, time and money on doing this right.

Well said Colin. If anyone can please everyone all of the time then he or she would be exceptionally rich and popular!

When will be available?

We're hashing out some bugs we found in the latest build. Once those are taken care of, we'll have a final release candidate, and once that clears, it's just a matter of uploading the final version onto our sales section. We won't keep you guys waiting any longer than necessary, and we'll always keep you in the loop. That's a promise :)

Regards, Diego

I want that baby sooooo bad! :jump:
Had the chance to get up, close and personal with a Sabre at Wittmund AB (Home to the last few F-4F in an active German Fighter Wing) and it is just such a beautiful jet.

Hope to see some RNoAF liveries signed Dag R :salute:

Colin, just build it and they will come. This thing looks fantastic, more than good enough for government work to qualify for my tastes. I remember seeing one in the early 80's being used to calibrate NORAD stuff or something along those lines.
