With the new update I have finally been able to enjoy this awesome aircraft. I must ask though how do you engage the wing leveller. The master switch and altitude hold work fine but when doing long flights I end up zig zagging just trying to keep it in a straight line. I cant find it in the manual.

Since I don't have the airplane, this is simply guessing. . .have you checked the aircraft.cfg [Autopilot] section to see if it's even functional?

Found this post from Bill Leaming on another forum:
Wing leveler is an autopilot control that uses the aileron trimtabs to keep the wings level. Not all autopilots have a wing leveler function, but FS insists on it being "on" anytime the AP is on. You can use the keyboard shortcut to turn it off manually however.

In FS, the only thing the Yaw Damper actually does is limit the rudder's deflection visually. It does not however affect the ability of the pilot to use the
yoke to initiate turns.

Indicated by these settings in cfg file:
[autopilot]
default_bank_mode=1
default_pitch_mode=1

In the Phantom the Wing Leveler kicks in when AFCS switch is in ENGAGE position and plane is within 5 degrees of bank. You toggle it on/off using the NWS switch. Try assigning it in MVAMS and see if it works.

In the F-4E, there is no wing leveller. Only bank hold. You can increase CSS roll deadzone and damping in the AMS using the CSS Roll sliders. It holds whatever bank angle you are at when the stick crosses back into the CSS deadzone.
