    Just when you think you have everything running some what better...

    You get a message from the Hosting company. Short story they need to move us to a new server. I have been working with them to plan a good date for all concerned. Here is what we have come up with as a schedule.

    1. November 4th 17:00 -5UTC shut off the forums and start backup proceedures. During this time there will be no access to the forums or the Resource Section.
    2. November 5th Continue with Backups and download same until complete.
    3. November 6th 7:00 turn over server to hosting company to move system to new server
    4. November 7th - 8th restore backups and upgrade forum software.

    If all goes well we should be back online on November 8th.

Milviz Huey Redux has entered beta

We just released the UH-1C to the beta testers yesterday. We hope the beta period will be fairly short, but we'll see.

The 'Redux' means this is an update to the original ND/Milviz Huey. But it's not just an upgrade - it's a total rewrite from the ground up as far as systems, sound, and flight dynamics go. Textures and materials are all substantially upgraded and improved.

We're committed to the maximum authenticity we can get for the iconic Huey under the FSX family of products. The final release will have both C and H models, and the C gunship model is fully and accurately tacpack'ed with 7.62 miniguns and 7.25 rockets.

(Note this beta is still using the original engine sounds as the new sound package is still in the last stage of development.)

I'll keep you all updated on the progress towards release.

Yes, it will be TACPACKED as I think the first offical helo in the World for FSX/P3D :wavey: .
