Milviz P-38L Textures Flow Like Water

Adding one more for those who like the PTO. This is one of the aircraft involved in the finding and shoot down of the G4M "Betty" Bomber with Admiral Yamamoto aboard. This is Miss Virginia, flown by Rex Barber. This aircraft was originally piloted by Lt. Robert Pettit. He had severely damage a submarine chaser and had a ship image painted on the nose. Also on the nose are two victory markings denoting the downing of two A6M2-N Rufes in 1943. Here is "Miss Virginia."

Someone needs to use these in Tacpack and post screenies of the P-38s effect on the Zero and Betty. I would if I had the planes.

Tom, all these are wonderful and much needed repaints. The pilots represented are legendary. Thanks a million!

I couldn't agree more, great repaints. Thanks for doing all of these PTO textures, as I'm following the moves the P-38's made there, from base to base, as the war progressed.

Found it over at Flightsim.com and used the FSRecorder to get the pictures. I would have used TacPack to show the cannon but I think Milviz is still trying to get them to show up. The ammo count goes down but no visual. They are good about sending out updates.

Even if at first the tracers and sound do not show, the round do damage. As a temp workaround, unload and reload the cannon once and tracers and sound will show. I have shot down a few AI and even sank a few AI boats with the cannon and 50s.
