I've got the Skyraider from Milviz and I have Tacpack installed. Tacpack won't work with this addon. Has Milviz disabled Tacpack for their freeware planes?

Is the aircraft and the Tacpack the same version? I have FSX Tacpack but didn't opt to buy the P3D version not using it much anymore and the Milviz A1 Skyraider is P3d V4,V5 and Tacpack versions so if you don't have the P3D Tacpack version installed and the P3D Tacpack, then it won't work.
Both are P3D! Other P3D planes have Tacpack also all the other Milviz ones.
