Minimum for FS9 maxed.

Hey, does anyone know the best minimum current graphics card capable of running FS9 with all sliders to the right?

Its like this, i have moved on the FSX and im letting my father use FS9, but his comp is by no means the monster rig mine is.
He only has a 350w PSU with 26a combined output on the 12v rails.
And budget is pretty much very limited right now.

So i would very much appreciate suggestions on a good "cheap" PCI-E card able to max out the all the sliders on FS9 and still run fine on a 350w PSU.

GeForce 8600 GT 256mb card

Came with the machine.

I also have 3gigs of ram and a Core Two Duo 2.33GHz that helps move it along. This is by current standards around here a lower end system but I'm able to run my sliders wide open and still get very high FPS. Even with frame rate hog planes and scenery, I have it locked at 24FPS and very rarely does it drop below that. I should also state that I'm running XP.
