Almost finished with this one. Need to adjust the stencil fonts to accurate. Anyone know what they use on the hornets? Will release this and the NZ v2.5 at the same time.

I do have the Old Iris Viper...if i can find it somewhere on a DVD....i dont have the paint kit and I dont know if it's available anymore...it was made by triple pig studios for iris I believe...?.....if it is available can someone point me the way?

The C/F-18 are nice but your RCAF M2KC is way more fun! I need it!

As to stencils, pity that I never paid attention when I had the chance during my frequent base visits years ago.

My understanding is that they'd have started as USN spec stencils, but migrated a bit over the years.

Likely not much help ...

Rick, according to Canadian Finish & Markings, stencils are modified Helvetica font.
For the numbers see below.

Thanks gentlemen. I've repositioned the jet intake warning and adding some additional dirt and wear. The paint kit is awesome. I don't have make so much from scratch. I do however need to weather the drop tanks a little more...that will need to be done from scratch. Almost ready!

Uploading....I decided to just leave the drop tanks....They look fairly good stock and I can't see a situation where the tanks would actualy get really worn since these are Super sonic tanks, and need to be in good shape.
