Just when you think you have everything running some what better...

You get a message from the Hosting company. Short story they need to move us to a new server. I have been working with them to plan a good date for all concerned. Here is what we have come up with as a schedule.

    1. November 4th 17:00 -5UTC shut off the forums and start backup proceedures. During this time there will be no access to the forums or the Resource Section.
    2. November 5th Continue with Backups and download same until complete.
    3. November 6th 7:00 turn over server to hosting company to move system to new server
    4. November 7th - 8th restore backups and upgrade forum software.

If all goes well we should be back online on November 8th.

To keep you updated we will post updates on AVSIM forums.

    Thank you for your support.

Missing Carenado aircraft

When I log into my Carenado account I am only seeing one page of my purchases. I have made enough purchases over the years to have at least 2 or 3 pages of purchases. I have sent several support requests but don't appear to be getting anywhere. Does anyone else have this problem?

Because of this I am missing several aircraft that have been updated to P3D V4.1

You're sure that you bought them all directly from the Carenado web store? Their planes can be found all over the net.
If you haven't already done check your accounts at other retailers like FSS, Simmarket, Aerosoft, Justflight, PCAviator etc.

From the serial numbers and email addresses I have purchased all but one from Carenado. The Beech 1900 was the only one purchased from a reseller and that was The Flightsim Store.

Pat, keep updating your support ticket, they eventually answer. If you have the original emails, they should straighten you out. They're just slow.
