The two .zip files you're missing require a bit of further explanation.
When Sander did his Eurw package, he originally had the flattens (Anything with A16.bgl) as part of a separate download package. However, in his last version, each of the download squares contained roads, rivers, lakes, shorelines, and flattens.
The textures were also included in a separate download.
In short, the Eurw folder will provide you with everything you need. That's the reason why it's over 91MB. All four packages are now up at SOH.
