You should be able to find it right here in the Pen32Win download section.
UPDATED:
Hmmm... looks as though that zip is not available anymore under that name. I am guessing though that it is probably the one titled: AF_AA_Pak2.zip (the clickable link says AF_AA_Pack_2.zip. But it downloads as AF_AA_Pak2.zip)
The blurb says it contains updates.
Or if you prefer the real deal, I have a copy of AF_AAPak2up.zip. Check your PMs.
