Missing objects i campaigns

Can someone maybe give me a hint where to find the packages with "inf_crane_2" and "large_church_02" objects? :mixedsmi:

inf_crane_2 is at Wolfi's Library Objects 1 package (search for file CFS2_Library_Objects_part_1.zip here at SOH).
About the church I am lost: Wolfi's Library Objects 5 has a large church, but it is identified as "large_church_01" instead of "... _02".
