Mivliz Cessna 310 Videos- The "Unofficial Offical" 2 Sep 2010

Good afternoon all. Sorry I did not get these up yesterday/this morning. Now keep in mind I am not the best screen shot artist/video maker in the world, lol. Which is why I put unofficial video in the title cause this is by far not a promotional video. Just took it so you all could see the latest (and hopefully last) RC in action. Right now we are adjusting the sound level on a couple things in an effort to make it more like the real bird (as per Mr. Stallings advice), and that will be it. Here the bird is in all it's glory. Who knew it took so long to load such short clips on you tube.. Feel free to comment (except on my piloting skills :ernae:), and enjoy the vids!

Not bad..not bad, for what was shown.

OT....I tried the external camera movements the way you have them set. All it did was frustrate the heck out of me. Dunno how anyone can deal with a herky-jerky camera

Yeah. I don't use Track IR.. normally the camera movement is smooth, but for some reason with FRAPS (maybe cause I have the demo version) the camera was going berzerk in external view.. I managed to hit A and swap to a different view that was less jerky. I should of maybe used my Kodak camera, lol. Could of at least taken videos longer than 30 seconds.

TrackIR huh?.....One of these days when I get rich and famous I'll have all the goodies..lol.

Nice job Steve. This is one airplane that I'll make the exception to when purchasing. Money is very tight now-a-days, but I think this will be well worth the exception. . .I can always eat crackers for a week, lol.:salute:

Quick screen capture of VC with lights on full bright..

That is really nice night lighting in the cockpit. I can see this as replacing the stock Beech Baron for my single engine GA flying.

I know. Bill did an outstanding job on the lighting. Is why when I realized the video made it look bad I wanted to put up a screenshot to correct it. Cause he spent a lot of time making sure the lighting looked just right.

I'm trying to download the POH from the Milviz site but unable to logon to the FTP server. I am logged into the forum ok. I guess they are separate?

So is the Baron. Maybe it's more fun to fly a twin with one engine out. (Challenging, anyway. :d)

We have been working on the POH, and Paint Kit issues with our server.. Colin is contacting them as we speak trying to get the permissions set to public on those files. We found out last night when we uploaded them that we do not have permission to change the permissions on our own FTP.. ironic isn't it.. It should be fixed some time this morning, and sorry for the inconvenience. That is why we haven't posted anything about it over here. Cause the intent was to put it on our site, then post a link to the message there. When the links didn't work though we started work resolving the issues, and then we were going to put it up on here as well.
