Model airplane crashes

Like Slap stick!...funny,but thats contrived....Some of those Fathers with the Little kids, are not funny!,,I would think once the kid got stitches, lose an eye,or worse ,he ,or she, would not want to be near any airplane, for ever!. The adults here ,if you want to call them that, deserve what they get..they give the serous RV guy a bad name! That Little blond kid took a hard shot!!..it seems we become desensitized to things like this....reminds me of the same type who use fireworks ,or fire rockets near kids...IDIOTS!!......so its funny!..HA! HA! they should stick their nose in those worrling razor sharp props!!!..Now thats funny!!

I suggest you get a high-wing trainer, cessna type. Easiest to learn with. Up-swept dihedral is best for first timers. By having up-swept dihedral you can basically let go of the controls and it will self-right itself to more level flight. Also, the wider the chord (front to back of wing) the better for stability in all conditions.

Another thing to keep in mind. The aircraft you are looking at, they are made with styrofoam and plastic. If, and when you crash it is repairable with a little work. But, they generally break in a bazillion pieces.
