Gen 2 and 3 fighters would be pretty fun. IMO that is the most underrepresented era in combat flight sims.

We have the Korean war install but CFS3 doesn't model air to air missiles so that's about as far forward as we can go.
Personally I'd like a decent Falklands based sim.
