Modified dp. loadouts uploaded

I've been checking in on and off for the last few weeks to see if I could get these files uploaded..tonight was the night!

I tweaked a small collection of Dp. files using dbolts, FDGv2 and Paul Rebuffat's weapons for Krzysztof Malinowski's and Bruce Thorsons P-40's, Paul Rebuffat's spitfires and the Seafires by Crying Toto and Aeroplane heaven.
The load outs are reasonably accurate historically.
