Thanks for all the nice comments. I have just learned how to build airplane with bullet holes. I will update it when I have mastered the technique.

This is a repaint for the P-38H Lightning made by Acwai for CFS 2.

The texture is:

100 A P-38H-5 of 459FS operating from Chittagong, India late May 1944. Pilot was Lt Burdette Goodrich.

There is only one B & W photo of a P-38H painted with the "twin Dragon" motif (Frances Rebel). That said, the 459th FS flew mixed P-38H & J formations on operations until the autumn of 1944, & it is known that...
