Sneaked away for a catnap back in the cabin. When I woke, I tried to spot Krakatoa to the south but it was too far distant on the horizon.

Getting the heck out of here. Someone broke into the plane late last night and took some equipment. They also grabbed the victrola and all the Celine Dion records. Blimey!

Nervously made it to WRRA. Had a stuck throttle on the starboard engine so the approach was a bit tricky. Didn't fly into a volcano either. Truly an exotic land!

Picked up Willy on the radio. Some good company to pass the time.

Note: First segment that I have had a headwind the entire flight. Can't complain.

About 5 min after this air to air photo was taken, the viz went to near zero for the rest of the flight. So much for sightseeing south-southeast of Darwin.

Too bad about the visibility. I really enjoyed my pair of flights last night into Tennant Creek and then on to Cloncurry. Hope it clears up over the next 6 or 7 hours!
 
Safely down at YCCY. Permafig the whole way, at least at my alt of 8000' until we about landed.

I let the copilot taxi over to the check-in tent and while trying to avoid a dingo, stomped on the brakes too hard. Awful scraping sound it was.

Damage should be mostly cosmetic. Maybe it was the full moon?
