ok, what im after is ,, i have a 32" monitor that is a $900 waste of money to be honest. It has a pole its mounted on, with its own power in a battery down in the big foot thing. it wont hold a charge though, so it has to be plugged in all the time. ok that was a waste of your time, but i want to move things like the moving map, thats the main one, but in fs2020. what else could be added to that monitor.. i really dont want gauges or anything to do with engine management, i like to only fly from the cockpit, so if ya follow that.. what would you guys n girls recommend i use over on the side?

Any electronic gauge can be copied to an external window, so you can still fly from the VC while having a backup you can glance at. Mouse over the gauge, then press the right Alt (I think) button. The cursor should turn into a zoom icon. When you click that, a separate window will open with the gauge. Be aware that it will only be the glass, not the bezel or any other "physical" controls. It gets more convenient if the glass is "touch" sensitive - you can use the mouse to interact with the external window the same way you do inside the VC.

I don't see why not - if you can click a mouse on it, then it should also respond to a finger or stylus.
