What does this Message mean. I only get when I run ETO1.4, All my other Cfs3 programs Maw etc are unfected?

The message is telling you that there's a problem with msvcr70.dll This is a .dll included with CFS3 and is in the root CFS3 ETO folder.
If all your other installs are working fine, try deleting the ETO version and copy it from a working install to your CFS3 ETO folder.
