multiplayer campaigns?

Its hard to get people together for multiplayer campaigns. When the servers were still up, you might get someone here and there. I'm a coop fan myself but its rare to find anyone playing coop CFS3. I'm pretty sure the Boys of 60 will probably host coop OFF P3 games when it comes out.
