My AirEd is not maximizing

I assume you mean to expand out to fill your screen out. Mine won't either but I get by without expanding. AirWrench is a better software choice. Those are the two I use.

It has a expansin box and a minus box but the expansion is dasabled the minus takes it offscreen but still open

The last AirWrench tool take a lot of automatic actions like put all wing induced drag to zero. You need to edit the right values manually and AirEd is the best program to do that.

But how do you know what the right values are? And where do you find wing induced drag in AirEd? Did you mean lift induced drag?

Not only that. I research each plane and than I balance the drags features until I get the right speed and manoeuvrability behaviour by trial and error.
