My Bag Is Packed

it's over now.
I was told of this and it is normal until the inside of my heart heals.
I was also told if it starts and does not stop to call then a pace maker will have to be inserted.

these new a-fib attacks are nothing like the ones i use to have, these are kinda like a missing normal heart beat every 5-8 beats.

it may be just me, as I usually do not have a breakfast, both yesterday and today I failed to eat then it hit me, and after eating a bowl of raisen brand it stopped.

well there you go.you best just get yaself more cereal and munch in the morning..i should to,but i dont.

Hi Ickie.

A few years back I developed an irregular heartbeat. One time, the darn thing lasted for 4 days, so I went to Urgent Care, and 10 minutes before I actually saw the doctor, it stopped. During the exam, the doctor asked me a bunch of questions. When she got to my sleeping habits, I told her I slept 5-6 hours a day. She was appalled. She said I needed 8 hours. I laughed... she didn't. I started getting 7-8 hours a day and the heartbeat straightened out. To this day, if I short myself on sleep, I can trigger an irregular beat the next day.

The point of this long story is to make sure you get 8 hours of sleep each night. You might have to force yourself to do it, if you are a light sleeper.

My regular doctor tells me there are 2 types of irregular fibulations: inconsequential and fatal. I asked which kind I had, and he said 'you're not dead yet'. This is the same doctor that said he could cure my callous on the inside of my toe by cutting it off. I said to go ahead. He said 'Are you sure you want me to remove the toe?' His humor is an acquired taste.
