Hi Guys,
First: THANKS FOR YOUR SUPPORT. MUCH APPRECIATED !!!!!
Then: the problem(s) is/are in my OBJECTS_DP folder. To make a short story long

, I did a fresh CFS2 install on a separate drive, decided to start with my SCW-CFS2 first, changed or put in all necessary folders or files and discovered the main issue: the OBJECTS_DP-folder. Then I managed to have my WW1-CFS2 running again, but when I try to start the free flight, I still get the message-error about initialising etc.. But when I click ok and then try to start for the 2nd time: IT WORKS. So I put my WW1 OBJECTS_DP-folder into my new CFS2-SCW and then I have the same: first time no go, second time it's running. So I copied the original obj.dp-folder into the new cfs2-scw obj.dp-folder, let it overwrite the files and then cut them out, so now I have at least the obj-dp-folder where the problematic file(s) must be in. Then I took it out and put the original obj-dp-folder in, went to an SCW-airfield and let it run. It starts without any problem, till it needs the necessary things for THAT scenery and I get messages of missing objects. I write down what is missing, go looking for that in my non-working obj-dp-folder and copy them in the working SCW. That agains starts normal, but I still get the message that there are files missing in "the library", though I know that I have put that DP's in the obj-dp-folder. So these dp's must be ok, but there is a library somewhere where they should be in to be recognised, I suppose. So you know how far I did come, hope you have suggestions how to solve THAT problem: WHERE is the library?? Or are the dp's NOT ok??
For Huub: Win7 Professional. And yes, a clear copy of CFS2 with the crack exe.-file runs without any problem.
Safe landings for all of you,
hertzie.
