My navy career in coffee mugs

Ok, so it's a slow and lazy sunday. Hey, I already mowed the grass and wacked the weeds! From left to right: VA-94, VFA-147, USS Nimitz (CVN-68), USS Enterprise (CVN-65), Light Attack Weapons School, Pacific. I have a NAMTRA mug too, but I forgot to add it, oops.

From one Sailor to another - thanks for your service ! Shame I was not a coffee drinker in my Navy days, I would have some cool mugs too .. Mike ;)

That's a pretty good collection there P! I think the only one I have left is USS Tortuga LSD-46. Mrs Willy has it put up somewhere so nothing happens to it. When I was able to get my stuff back from my ex, the others were UA.

Nice, and I'm sure a well earned, collection. I like those classic mug lines too, plus I figured you were drinking out of the one not in the shot as any Joe drinker would be doing.

Hated making it in the ready room, until I figured out that if I did a poor job on the "Joe" I would get banned from making it!

Nice collection, and clean too.

When I was on Enterprise, the mugs they sold were not the type shown above, but instead were thinner, more like the standard giftshop style of today. Not acceptable. :) I had to trade a Nimitz mug for the Big-E cup I have now.
