ive been dealing with swelling in my legs and ankles,and discoloration in my feet ( i thought it much have to do with the swelling until friday)my old dr was telling me to get my feet up,,his words were..get your butt out of the desk chair,turn off the computer and sit in your cliner...well that lasted about 20 minutes and i was back at the desk,i cant do much on my own so it took a month or more to get help in moving things.here is the result..still a work in progress,so dont laugh at the cables all over..it will get cleaned up....uh huh..it will.
