My "View" is Askew

Yea, I know. . .keep your hands off stuff you don't understand, lol (or, if it ain't broke don't "try" to fix it). While doing a livery for the Saberliner I decided to change the colors of some of the color swatches, which are in the mdl file. I had MCX open and figured "I can do this". I made a copy of the mdl and put it in a safe place, then changed several colors. I then saved back to the mdl file (using the FSX/MDL exporter function). then closed MCX and reloaded the mdl. All looked good. . .colors were there so I closed it and loaded the Sim.

First thing that gave me a clue I had a problem was that in the Aircraft selection window the airplane was about the size of a pin head. No problem, I can fix that. . . .loaded the airplane and although I could hear the engines running I was about a mile from where the airplane was located. I went to tower view and there she was, everything looked fine. I finally slewed her to the ramp near the tower and gave it a once over. Everything is as it should be, I just can't get the view (spot or locked spot) to work correctly. I can also get into the VC and that is perfect.

Anyone who does conversion have an idea as to how to correct the view problem? I know RADitor(?) will correct the view in the selection window, but will that also correct this?

Sounds like the parking radius got changed somehow. Do you have "RADitor" or another program for reading/editing the parking radius??

Ahh, Thank you Arno for everything MCX has become. The MDL Tweaker saved the day! I knew that changing the radius would fix the Aircraft Selection view, but never considered that MCX might have something as well. MDL Tweaker did the trick. I just loaded the original MDL took a shot of the original "Radius and Bounding Box settings" then loaded the current mdl, made the changes and voila. . .good as new. So changing material colors in MCX works if you cross your "T's" and dot your "I's" and hold your tongue just right, lol.
