This is honestly the route I should go...pocket friendly
An Xbox would be the cheapest route but you lose a lot of 'ability to adjust particulars' that you can when using the PC version. And you're limited in terms of hardware devices you can use such as HOTAS, Pedals etc...

Specs are below in sig. This rig has handled everything I have thrown at it. I plan on changing the GPU within the next year. The RTX 3080 is working fine. However, I need it in this computer for my photography work. So, I will upgrade the GPU (seriously considering the AMD RX 7900 XTX for it 24 GB of RAM). However, I want to see what the RTX 50xx GPUs will be like and priced before I make a decision. Besides, I plan on purchasing the new Nikon Z6 III next week when it is announced. The hobby fund will take a hit with that purchase.

My current rig is only a year old. But my next build will be AMD and watercooling.

But who knows what will come up in the next 3-4 years?

I just made myself a watercooled pc for the first time. I thought it would be difficult to make but it was fun actualy.
