I've been trying to work out what NASCAR are doing.
Splitting races into thirds???
I watch the odd round as we have a couple of dogs in the fight and Watkins Glen is a favorite circuit but gave up after the 'Second Round' started.

If an event is a 500 mile race (i.e. Daytona) then it should be just that, 500 miles in a single lump.
Same for the Brickyard 400 and so on.
