NASCAR's New Rules

So under the new rules, drivers must race to 100% of their ability, I wish this would end the start-and-park, but it won't. At least NASCAR has now set some ground rules, I hope they enforce them in a consistent manner.

Hey All,

Yeah I saw the press conference yesterday. I liked the bulk of what I heard especially limiting spotter communications but we shall see how it plays out and is enforced.

I hear ya' here.
IMHO, they should do it like F1 & Indycar....If the field is smaller, then oh well.....But it will be interesting to see if NASCAR penalizes the start & parks...
