Hi CK,
Some good radar images, thanks for the HU. This ac was found several years ago, and crops up in the news now and again.
As the article says it's a Do17. It was shot down during the Battle of Britain, and if recovered would be be the only complete Do17 surviving.
Over the years bits have gone missing, taken by a few souvenir hunters, but most have been recovered from them now.
Be good if our german friends chipped in, would speed up the recovery!
