Need help eliminating popup

Somehow I hit the wrong keypress, and this annoying menu popped up. Now, when I try to switch to VR, this stupid thing shows, and won't go away. Hitting ESC does not work.

Any help? GRRRRRRR NC

Well, I got rid of it; but truthfully, I don't know how I did it. Just glad it is gone!!!!
