Need help. Latest version of Middleman.

Does anybody know where I can get the newest version of Middleman by Mr. Chris File?
I have the beta-3 version of his program. I visited the web site in his readme.text but it's gone.

I'm facing resolution limit of VC mode, which is due to FS2002's makemdl (as small as 4mm as I researched).
I'm planning to use FS2004's makemdl which possibly has finer resolution as small as 1mm.
The beta-3 does not have FS2004 option so I expect the final release version can handle FS2004's makemdl properly.

I'm using mdlcommander along with beta 3 of middleman and MS's makemdl.

That's exactly the one I could find so far!
Seriously, I have tried middleman 1.2. I found it was not capable of fixing specular bug, that was neccessary for my "silver metalic lady".

May be the beta 3 is the newest, although it doesn't have fs2004 options.
As far as I searched in some FS-forums, I could not find other than beta 3 of ver 1.3.

Well, I tuckled with Makemdl last night.
The problem was partly solved by manually operating FS2004's Makemdl.
Unfortunaltey, 4mm barrier in VC could not be overcome and I made up my mind to give up some detail in VC rather than spending more time (I've wasted over 2 weeks on this matter already).
It's a pitty that VC model has rougher resolution than external model.
VC usually has smaller objects such as switches, dials and buttons.
(Some modelers are also ranting about this too in the forum I visited.)
I'm pretty confused why MS made such a strange inconsistency, even that game engine itself is capable of drawing in 1mm resolution.
