Need help with suttering showing up all of sudden

Downloaded it, thank you.

Reading the "readme" looks pretty easy.
Just double click on the exe file then launch my FSX, once ready I press win+F11 to
go back and forth between the "windowed" and "pseudo-full".
No setting anything, no tweaking, nothing.

Right?

Right! That's all it does. It makes a Windowed screen look like it's "fullscreen".
