BTW--you are right,i need water too.
There are tons of addons out for FSX for years,
but i wonder why there is no developer who creates new
waterclasses.
The water is in so many regions looking completely absurd.

I use the shader mod from bojote together with REX Overdrive
and a tweaked WaterConstants.xml.
But the basic problem stays,wrong base textures.
And these can neither FSCW+ nor REX cure.

FSWC is the best and it overrights all programs, but if you don't like it you can revert to default, evertime you use REX or Fex it is overwritten, personally FSWC is the best water addon to date!

Just to clear things up, FSWC modifies the shader, and is compatible with addons that modify textures (e.g. REX or FEX), but is not compatible with other shader modifications (e.g. Shader Model 3 mod at AVSIM).
