Ah yes outsourcing at it's best. Why not take away the job of someone who has done this work for 30 years and give it to some 15.00/hr punk fresh out of a and p school. In case you might think I do not know what I am talking about, I see the maintained difference between Delta and Northwest aircraft every day. Delta has out sourced their maintence for longer than NW did and Delta's 757s are junk. Sorry too close to the problem I think but this needed to be said.
