Nemeth Huey + Sonic Solution Huey Sound Set

Hi Guys,
Just received the Combat Helicopters CD from JF which has the Bell UH-1C, Bell UH-1H Huey and the CH-47 Chinook. Now I had already the Huey sound set from Sonic Solution for my Aerosoft Huey x (Which works fine) but when planted into the ND Huey I can't get her to start, dead as a DODO. No sound Nothing. Now if I change to another Aircraft, start that one up wait until all engines are running and swap back to the Huey great all the sounds which I expect. But as I said nothing when trying to start her up. I have added the necessary conf along with changing the engine type to 3 from 1. Any clues in whats going one ?
Regards
Timm

If I remember correctly, the ND Huey didn't support cold/dark properly unless it was saved in that state as a default flight. Could be wrong though, but I recall having to switch from a running aircraft to the Huey, shut the Huey down, then save that as the default flight so that I could do a proper cold/dark startup.

Never give up.

I have the Aerosoft, ND and Cera Sim Hueys. Each have a different startup procedure. Despite the fact that my default flight is the default Cessna with a cold start and that I have some of the helos set to startup, I still have to either turn on a generator or a fuel pump or something to get them fired up. Let me check to see what it is for the ND Huey and I'll be right back.

Okay, I'm back. Here's my process.

My default flight is with the default Cessna C172 in a cold and dark state. After switching to the ND Huey and loading my flight, I'm in the cold and dark cockpit. First thing is to switch on the Start Generator which is located on the overhead panel, middle switch on the lower right. For a quick start up I use Ctrl-Shift-F4,and whammo -- we got startup.

Try that and see if it gets you anywhere;

My C&D proceedure on the ND Huey is this..

1 hit the "A" key until you see the overhead panel
2 Battery on
3 inverter on
4 ctrl+shift+F4

That has never failed me and I also have the SS Huey sounds installed and they sound like I remember from riding in HAL-5's HH-1K's.
