• There seems to be an uptick in Political comments in recent months. Those of us who are long time members of the site know that Political and Religious content has been banned for years. Nothing has changed. Please leave all political and religious comments out of the forums.

    If you recently joined the forums you were not presented with this restriction in the terms of service. This was due to a conversion error when we went from vBulletin to Xenforo. We have updated our terms of service to reflect these corrections.

    Please note any post refering to a politician will be considered political even if it is intended to be humor. Our experience is these topics have a way of dividing the forums and causing deep resentment among members. It is a poison to the community. We appreciate compliance with the rules.

Have'nt heard anymore in the past 3 months on how Neils coming along with getting Netwings back up and running.
Sure hope the news isn't bad....any one been in contact with him to see how it's going?

Hi Ragnar and others :)

To be honest I cannot see Netwings coming back in any realistic timescale. There are numerous reasons for this not least of which is my continuing poor health. This combined with lack of motivation, no real interest in flight simming currently due to not having a suitable PC, lack of finances etc etc etc

I still retain and will still continue to retain the netwings.org domain and when the circumstances are right who knows you might see it back again :)

Thanks Neil for your addons while the site was up and running. I got a King Tiger Tank from Netwings and I swear I've never kept it back from the game, even if I have to re-install it.

I hope you find better health and keep up your energy. Nice to hear from you again!
 
hi Neil,i have some stuff from Netwings,if i get the permission from the authors could i upload anything here,this is a very busy forum and i'm sure some of the stuff would be popular,like the driveable tanks etc.
