Just when you think you have everything running some what better...

You get a message from the Hosting company. Short story they need to move us to a new server. I have been working with them to plan a good date for all concerned. Here is what we have come up with as a schedule.

    1. November 4th 17:00 -5UTC shut off the forums and start backup proceedures. During this time there will be no access to the forums or the Resource Section.
    2. November 5th Continue with Backups and download same until complete.
    3. November 6th 7:00 turn over server to hosting company to move system to new server
    4. November 7th - 8th restore backups and upgrade forum software.

If all goes well we should be back online on November 8th.

To keep you updated we will post updates on AVSIM forums.

    Thank you for your support.

New Aeronca tutorial 2

Hello everyone, I'm about to upload the second tutorial for the Aeronca to YouTube. What it is is a tutorial that shows you where the extra paint jobs are that will make your Aeroncas aged and rough-looking and there's also a backup clean set of textures. The tutorial will show you how to take a paint job like let's say Charlie Brown the famous yellow and orange stock Aeronca painted one that the manufacturers put out. Now it is in the package, it's on the Tripple gear because Charlie Brown has been modified into a trike gear. If you want the Charlie Brown textures let's say on the taildragger short or long tail open wheel or spat then the tutorial will show you how to make a new folder name the folder and put it into your aircraft configuration and there you go you have Charlie Brown in a taildragger.

The reason that there are so many paint jobs that are not of real planes right now is because we've had problems in the past with owners who have come and asked us for thousands of dollars because we painted their plane. So unless we get it in writing and in registered mail at the post office that paint job will not go on any of my planes commercially.

If you are looking for Charlie Brown the orange and yellow Aeronca everyone sees. It's on the Tri Gear.
