new airtanker video

Another fine video from Juan. The smoke has returned here to the east side of the valley after a couple of days of breathable air. Curious, I just checked Weather Underground for KMCC and they show the air quality at 22!! :dizzy: It's closer to 200+, and the METAR is 1/1/4SM HZ. Nobody here is complaining though... we're still far luckier than the folks in/around Paradise. :frown-new:

yeah been smokey all day here,even been having ash fall..which sucks for me and mom,,shes COPD and ive got something going on,,on oxygen full time now.

heres a pic of the house my Uncle Buddy lived in for 60 years in Paradise..

Geez, way too many folks losing their homes the last few years. A friend in Paradise lost both his business and home... they're ready to retire and may just pack up to live elsewhere. Me thinks they're still in a state of shock (like a lot of people :dread: ).

KMHR is reporting 2 miles HZ FU, with a ceiling at 1500 and lowering... squeezing all that smoke down. AQI is 277 and increasing.
Take care of yourselves up there... still more days of this.
