New C185 pics from Carenado!

C-195 with the radial engine is the one I would prefer also....but hey - either way I'm happy...but that 195...SWEET

Yes, I would love to see one of those as well. Classic style. Pain to see out the front when taxiing. :icon_lol:

I have pictures here somewhere of a beautifully restored C-195, guy even added the wheel pants. All polished aluminum with original red striping.

Oh! A quick Google search found this pic from an Arlington, WA fly-in. Would be the right area, looks like right plane....

Aw man, now that is really gorgeous. :mixedsmi:

My interest will increase when they make a float version of the C185. Those are quite common around here.

That looks delicious.

I just made a post over at the avsim carenado forum (yep they have one now)

And I see it was answered - No mirrored textures any more!

I'm really excited about this one now :jump:

I'm really surprised there hasn't been many C-195s modeled. Mike Stone and Joe Binka are the only two useable ones I know of, and they are old. Don't know if they will work in FSX, yet.

Henry Tomkiewicz did include one in his payware Single-engine Cessna AI package.

I will definitely be getting the Skywagon, but a C-195 would get my money much sooner.
