Why not build your own???
I've always done so for the past 10 years.
It suits me to keep my older box up and running while I build a new one as money becomes available.
It might take several months (Godzilla did!) but you can add newer components if and when they are available.
For that sort of price you can start with an Intel i5 3750k, an ASUS Z77 Sabretooth board and (IMHO) one of the best 'bang for buck' cases, a BitFenix Shinobi XL.
A few weeks ago I built one up for a friend with this base.
That chip is third generation Intel and the 'k' suffix indicates that it is unlocked, I like the Z77 Sabretooth so much that I'm seriously considering replacing my Sniper 3 with one (just the best Mobo I've worked with!!) and at just A$179.00 the Shinobi XL is packed with high end features.
This case will take the longest graphic cards on an XL-ATX format Mobo, two 360mm radiators, and comes with dual 230mm and one 120mm fans.
FWIW the unit in the advert has a several less than desirable features, the graphic card is (for FSX) obsolete, both HD drives are slow, DDR2 RAM (DDR3 is the standard), and no mention of the case or Mobo.
If you build your own rig then you can choose the best parts that you can afford, even if it takes you several months.
